Margaret was forever the proud person that we all knew and dearly loved. She was the beloved Wife to Mervyn Bush who sadly passed away to spirit on the 19th of July 2008. Beloved Mother to her Son's and Daughters, Beloved Grandmother and Great Grandmother, Beloved Sister and Aunt. Beloved friend who will remain forever in our hearts and be held with pride within our memories. May Margaret now be free of any pain and suffering and be reunited with her one true love Mervyn Bush. May they both rest eternally In heavens abode to watch over everyone they loved and cared for.

Margaret was a god fearing woman who was shy but was also a very kind loving woman, who loved to say her prayers and rosieres.
Margaret loved her statues and pictures around her which gave her great comfort.
Margaret has travelled near and far, she loved and was very proud of her family her Son's, Daughters, Brothers, Sisters also her grandchildren and her great grandchildren.
Ocassionally she loved a wee brandy to relax and wind the day down and became quite funny and comical after a few.
Her husband Mervyn was the one true love oh her life, they were devoted to each other.
She cared for him the last few years of his life. Margaret found it hard to cope after his passing.
Margaret's daily routine began with a scratch card as she was a scratch card fanatic as was her late husband Mervyn whom also loved scratch cards, he even asked for them to be brought in when he was in hospital.
After doing her scratch card it was breakfast, a cigarette and then a read of the paper.
She loved to watch the Jeremy Kyle show and 60 minute make over.
Margaret liked to dose off on her favourite chair and family would catch her dosing on the chair in a gownie when they came to visit.
Margaret always looked forward to a thursday when a Minister would visit to giver her holy communion, as she was unable to attend the chapel.
Margaret was not the type of lady to go out socailising, she never liked bingo, Unlike her daughter Ivy.
She prefered the comforts of her own home.
Margaret was the sweetest woman you could know and will be sadly missed by all her family and everyone who knew her.
Footprints in the Sand
One night I dreamed I was walking along the beach with the Lord.
Many scenes from my life flashed across the sky.
In each scene I noticed footprints in the sand.
Sometimes there were two sets of footprints,
other times there were one set of footprints.
This bothered me because I noticed
that during the low periods of my life,
when I was suffering from
anguish, sorrow or defeat,
I could see only one set of footprints.
So I said to the Lord,
"You promised me Lord,
that if I followed you,
you would walk with me always.
But I have noticed that during
the most trying periods of my life
there have only been one
set of footprints in the sand.
Why, when I needed you most,
you have not been there for me?"
The Lord replied,
"The times when you have
seen only one set of footprints in the sand,
is when I carried you."
Mary Stevenson
If tears could build a stairwell
and memories were a lane,
I would walk right up to Heaven
and bring u home again.
No farewell words were spoken,
no time to say goodbye...
u were gone before I knew it,
and only God knows why
goodnight god bless
for you mum
o god
whose creative love
gave us
the breath of life
and whose
redeeming power
was shown
in life poured out
may we so die
to the sins
of greed
and of despair
that trap us
in self-interest
threaten our earth
and deny life
to the poor
that we may
share with them
in theabundant living
your spirit longs for
through jesus christ
amen

MAY EVERY CROSS I BEAR TODAY
BE AN ACT OF LOVE FOR YOU
I KISS THE WOUNDS ON THY SACRED HANDS

XXXX FOR YOU MUM WITH LOVE XXXX
Although you may know me not, dear Margaret
You touched the lives of my relatives somewhat
Briefly, sadly, because you did not dwell too long in their lives.
3 out of 5 you got to know a little better
1 of which so kindly were you, it made her feel so welcomed and better.
For this I am eternally grateful,as hard times I know she was having.
You made her feel good, affections she grew for you. My only regret is you did not know her sooner and for me to not know you at all.
A Godly lady by all accounts.
May the Lord smile on you
and be gracious to you
May the Lord show you his favour
and give you peace
and may peace in turn be given to your children and their families. May you watch over them and feel their lives with your gracious presence.
anon.
In Loving Memory
This poem was written to be read at Nana's funeral and shows just how much we all miss and respect her in life and in death we will always reach out our love to her xxxxxxx
In Loving Memory
As words from thoughts flow through the caverns of the mind
They mix with strange feelings and emotions of every kind
As we remember your life with the memories in our hearts
We hold them with pride for they will never part
And as you walk through the vally wrapped in love
You are free of pain and suffering, and as graceful as the dove
And now to you a rose so sweet in tender loving red
Showered in droplets of morning dew and tears that we shed
Reunited with your one true love and friend
Eternally together forever with love that shall not end
May you now rest in peace in heavens abode
Where our candles will guide your road
Missing you always but we will never forget you
Your memory will live on for we all love you
You were to us our family and friend
And memories of you will never end

The thoughts of us all
Calling all the angels in heaven, Catch the silver sun light in your hands and welcome my mum with open arms.
The curtain has fallen once again as it did last year for my dad. Now they are together once more stood standing tall and happy with the love they had for over 50 years shining once again.
Your son's and daughters will carry your name for as long as we can.
We all love you both and will miss you.
Stay strong forever and we will meet again love you always.
Rest In Peace.

I THOUGHT OF YOU WITH LOVE
I THOUGHT OF YOU WITH LOVE TODAY,
BUT THAT IS NOTHING NEW.
I THOUGHT OF YOU YESTERDAY,
AND DAYS BEFORE THAT TO.
I THINK OF YOU IN SILENCE,
I OFTEN SPEAK YOUR NAME.
ALL I HAVE ARE MEMORIES,
AND YOUR PICTURE IN A FRAM.
YOUR MEMORY IS MY KEEPSAKE,
WITH WHICH ILL NEVER PART.
GOD HAS YOU IN HIS KEEP SAKE,
